The Yale Freshman Nine was defeated by the Law School Nine at the Field, Saturday, April 28, in a_ well-played game. The fielding of the Freshmen was good, but they showed considerable weakness at the bat. In the first inning the Law School made three hits off Alsop, but after that he settled down and pitched a good game until Westcott relieved him in the eighth. Five hits Um- were made off Westcott.
