Addition to the Library.
The University Library has recently
received a very interesting collection
of photographs from Mr. Anson P.
Stokes, Jr., ’96. It contains about three
hundred mounted views obtained by
him on a journey around the world.
Nearly half of the photographs are of
scenes and places in India, and the rest
were gathered in China, Corea and
Siam.
The gift included also a valuable
Buddhist manuscript on palm leaves ir
the Pali-Burnese dialect.
