The New Harvard Captain.
After the close of the MHarvard-
Pennsylvania game last Saturday the
Harvard team met to elect their cap-
tain for next season. The choice fell
upon Norman W. Cabot without a dis- |
senting voice.
Mr. Cabot has had a very brilliant |
athletic career since his entrance into
Harvard University in the fall of 1894,
He prepared at the High School of
Brookline, Mass., where he captained
the team in his Senior year. As a
Freshman he did not come out as a
candidate for the University eleven,
but tried for halfback on the Fresh-
man team. He was discovered late in
the season by the coachers of the Uni-
versity eleven and made into an end
rush after two weeks’ practice. His
game has steadily improved ever since
then and he now can rightly be called
one of the finest ends on the football
field. In the Princeton and Pennsyl-
vania games of this year he was at
his best and gave such evidence of
his knowledge of the game that his
fellow players could do nothing but
elect him by acclamation to this posi-
tion of honor.

WHAT IS
INHALER ?
X-ODE isa product of electricity. It forms on
asbestos while being electrically treated in a
solution. This asbestos is put up in a glass vial.
When the cork of the vial is removed and the air
comes in contact with the asbestos, it emits from
the inhaler a soothing gaseous substance, which
will penetrate any part of the body. When inhaled
through the nose or mouth, it penetrates every
nook and crevice of the mucuous surfaces, kills the
germ that causes the disease, and gives the tissues
a healthy condition, thus effecting a permanent
cure. Itis unlike snuff, drugsormedicine. X-~Ode
penetrates parts that it would be impossible tor
drugs or medicines to do.
Catarrh, Asthma, Hay Fever, Coughs, Head-
ache, Bronchitis, LaGrippe, etc., yield to its influ-
ence with marvelous rapidity.
This inhaler lasts from one to three years.
Trial size inhaler, 15 cents; large size inhaler,
$x.00. All druggists or by mail.
